3. Member Conduct
Digital platforms associated with Southwest Soccer Club (including TeamSnap, social media groups, and the website comment sections) must reflect the same character and sportsmanship expected on the field. The use of profanity, harassment, or disparaging language toward referees, opposing clubs, or Southwest Soccer Club staff will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of club membership.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riverside County.
